Welcome Back Everyone!

 Registering is easy.  Simply review our skill levels and decide what skill level is right for you.  Then click on the subject of the workshop and it will bring you to our contact page.  Fill in the contact page with your information and one of our team members will get back to you with payment options for the workshop.   

Cost for the workshop is $85.00 per person per session unless otherwise noted.


Basic Skill Level – This skill level is for individuals of all ages that can follow directions, mix and measure independently.   Children under 12 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied with an adult sharing the project.  We have a $30.00 Adult Sharing fee.

Life Skill Level - This skill level is for individuals over the age of 15 that need assistance with step by step instruction. They require prompting to complete tasks and guidance following multi step directions.  Adult one on one assistance is allowed and may be required to help the student complete the workshop but not provided. This includes larger print recipes, and a relaxed environment.

 Pizza and Pretzel Workshop, Saturday, September 12th 9:30 am to 11:00 am (Basic Skill Level) Kids Only ages 7 to 14 cost $75.00
Learn how to use yeast and create a yummy pizza and pretzels.  Unlock the science and math behind baking.  We provide all the materials you need to take the workshop.  Everyone goes home with 4 freshly baked pretzels and a 9 inch personal pie ready for the oven.

​Cupcake Basics - Saturday, 9/​26/2020 - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (Basic Skill Level)
At our Huntington Classroom, learn how to make three different cupcake bases Vanilla, Chocolate and Red Velvet. Also learn buttercream frosting and a solid whip cream.   Turn these cupcakes into many different variations by adding different fruits or other toppings.   This is a good baking foundation workshop to get you on your way to your baking dreams and goals.

Chicken Francese and Apple Brownies Saturday, 9/26/2020 - 1:45 - 3:30 pm (Life Skill Level)  
Learn how to make Chicken Francese and apple brownies.   Everyone will learn the safety of working with poultry and how to cook this amazing dinner and dessert!

 Comes with all the non-perishable food ingredient kits plus cupcake liners.

In Home Private Workshops (for 1 to 2 people)

Learn food safety.  Create simple and yummy meals.   You can learn how to cook and bake without destroying your kitchen.

All of my recipes are easy to make.  We will provide you with a shopping list and then schedule a day and time to take your private in home workshop.  These workshops are available for all ages and all abilities.   First: 90 minutes cost:  $150.00.  Hours after that are $95.00 per hour.  Additional cost for travel time may be necessary if your home is located more than 15 miles outside of Huntington.

To confirm your reservation all payments must be received prior to the date of the workshop

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit towards a future workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
