We offer Private and Small Group Workshops!

Virtual and In Person!!!!

 Registering is easy.  We offer workshops for all ages and abilities.  Simply review our skill levels and decide what skill level is right for you.  Then click on the subject of the workshop and it will bring you to our contact page.  Fill in the contact page with your information and one of our team members will get back to you with payment options for the workshop.   
Cost for our in-person workshop and virtual is $85.00 per person per session unless otherwise noted. 
Virtual Workshops comes with a DIY kit of dry ingredients and a Zoom Link.

Just off of Jericho Turnpike! Private Freestanding Building with plenty of parking.


Basic Skill Level– This skill level is for individuals of all ages that can follow directions, mix and measure independently.   Children under 12 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied with an adult sharing the project.  We have a $35.00 Adult Sharing fee.

Supported Entry Level -
This skill level is for individuals  over the age of 15 that need assistance with step by step instruction. They require prompting to complete tasks and guidance following multi step directions.  Adult one on one assistance is allowed and may be required to help the student complete the workshop but not provided. This includes larger print recipes, and a relaxed environment.


Children/Young Adults Only Workshops - These workshops are for ages 6 to 14 years of age.   Participants must be able to follow directions and work independently.   Adult are not allowed to attend.


Private Workshops (for up to 2 people)
Learn food safety.  Create simple and yummy meals.   You can learn how to cook and bake without destroying your kitchen.
All of my recipes are easy to make.  We will provide you with a shopping list and then schedule a day and time to take your private workshop.  These workshops are available for all ages and all abilities.   Cost: $150.00 per hour 2 hour minimum.  Have more than 2 people no problem!  addtional people are $100.00 per person. 

                     

 Our Virtual Private Workshops with DIY Kits we provide all the non-perishable ingredients  - zoom into any regular scheduled workshop!  We will provide you with the non perishable ingredients in advance.

Make these cookies from scratch to enjoy with family and friends.   Learn how to make vanilla and chocolate sugar glaze and frost your cookies.   Take home a dozen in a bakery box.

Saturday, November 27th - Cheesy Bread Sticks and Pretzel Workshop – Learn how to make homemade Cheesy Bread Sticks and make homemade soft batch pretzels.

Saturday, December 4th Holiday Cookie Baking – Make Classic Gingerbread and Sugar Cookies - We will make the Gingerbread dough and have the Sugar Cookie Dough ready to roll.    Roll and cut out holiday shapes.  Finish off your cookies with a simple sugar glaze and sprinkles.   You will take home a baker’s dozen of cookies.

Saturday, December 18th  Holiday Construction Anyone!!!!  Make a Gingerbread House from Scratch
– Using premade Gingerbread Dough, roll and Cut shapes to make a gingerbread house.   Assemble the house with Royal Icing and Take home to decorate. 

  We will wrap each house in cellophane to transport them home.

Saturday, January 15th Cake Decorating One – Learn how to make buttercream. Frost and fill a single layer 7-inch cake.  Create shell and leaf boarders using a pastry bag and tips.

Saturday, January 15th Winter Wonderland Cupcake Decorating Workshop – Learn how to decorate cupcakes and transform them into different winter inspired creations.   Make a polar bear, penguin, snowman face and much more.   Decorate 8 cupcakes using fondant, candy, and buttercream frosting.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit towards a future workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
