We offer Private and Small Group Workshops!

Virtual and In Person!!!!

 Registering is easy.  We offer workshops for all ages and abilities.  Simply review our skill levels and decide what skill level is right for you.  Then click on the subject of the workshop and it will bring you to our contact page.  Fill in the contact page with your information and one of our team members will get back to you with payment options for the workshop.   

Cost for our in person workshop is $85.00 per person per session unless otherwise noted. 

On Selected Workshops you can Zoom in at in in-person workshop with a recipe for $39.95.

 We will provide you with a shop list and recipes and then tune in. 

Or Take check out our Virtual Tuesdays.  This comes with a DIY kit of dry ingredients and a live scheduled Zoom.


** Please note all Zoom Workshops will be recorded incase a student misses the workshop.   You do not have to be on camera, simply turn off your camera and microphone.   Or if you still want to ask questions and not be seen, position the camera to your workstation.***

Basic Skill Level – This skill level is for individuals of all ages that can follow directions, mix and measure independently.   Children under 12 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied with an adult sharing the project.  We have a $35.00 Adult Sharing fee.

Supported Entry Level - This skill level is for individuals  over the age of 15 that need assistance with step by step instruction. They require prompting to complete tasks and guidance following multi step directions.  Adult one on one assistance is allowed and may be required to help the student complete the workshop but not provided. This includes larger print recipes, and a relaxed environment.


Kids Only Workshops - These workshops are for ages 6 to 14 years of age.   Participants must be able to follow directions and work independently.   Adult are not allowed to attend.


Private Workshops (for up to 2 people)
Learn food safety.  Create simple and yummy meals.   You can learn how to cook and bake without destroying your kitchen.
All of my recipes are easy to make.  We will provide you with a shopping list and then schedule a day and time to take your private workshop.  These workshops are available for all ages and all abilities.   First: 60 minutes cost:  $150.00.  Hours after that are $95.00 per hour.

Wednesday, 2/17 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm (Supported Skill Level) Stuffed Shells with a new twist. 
Create three separate fillings for some yummy stuffed shells.  Great for appetizers or main meal.

Saturday 2/20 9:30 am to 11:15 am (Kids only ages 6 to 14)– Winter Themed Cupcake Decorating – Make these adorable cupcakes using pastry bags, tips, buttercream, fondant and assorted candy.

Saturday 2/20 11:30 to 1:15 pm (Basic Skill Level) Red Velvet and Carrot Cake Cupcakes – Learn how to make both from scratch and cover with cream cheese frosting.

3/13 Saturday – Irish Soda Bread and Cupcake Cake Size Sheppard’s pie - Make and bake the bread with us and take home your Sheppard's pie cupcakes oven ready.

– Panini workshop – We will first bake some fresh focaccia bread then have assorted cheeses and veggies to create fun paninis.  Work with different ingredients and make fun sauces!

3/27 Saturday – Sprinkle Cookies and Black & White Cookies – Learn how to make them from scratch and deco rate them with chocolate and vanilla icing

Wednesday, April 7 Black Forrest Cupcakes and Cookies and Cream Cupcake Baking Workshop - Learn how to make chocolate cupcakes from scratch and then create fresh whip cream to make these yummy cupcakes ( take home 1 dozen cupcakes)

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit towards a future workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
