Workshops for All Ages and Abilities
Welcome Back Everyone!
Each workshop is limited to six participants. Registering is easy. Simply review our skill levels and decide what skill level is right for you. Then click on the subject of the workshop and it will bring you to our contact page. Fill in the contact page with your information and one of our team members will get back to you with payment options for the workshop.
Cost for the workshop is $85.00 per person per session unless otherwise noted.
Basic Skill Level – This skill level is for individuals of all ages that can follow directions, mix and measure independently. Children under 12 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied with an adult sharing the project. We have a $30.00 Adult Sharing fee.
Life Skill Level - This skill level is for individuals over the age of 15 that need assistance with step by step instruction. They require prompting to complete tasks and guidance following multi step directions. Adult one on one assistance is allowed and may be required to help the student complete the workshop but not provided. This includes larger print recipes, and a relaxed environment.
Mix and measure ingredients to make a BBQ Chicken Pizza and enjoy baking S'more chocolate chip cookies from scratch. Take home a personal pie and a fresh batch of cookies
Learn how to make and cover a cake in fondant. We will teach you how to make some ornaments for your cake using fondant as well.
This workshop teaches you the basics of cake decorating. You will learn how to make buttercream icing. How to level, fill and frost your cake. We will also show you how to pipe a simple rosette and shell boarder around your cake
Learn how to make a traditional veggie pasta salad and some no bake lemon bars for dessert.
Wednesday, July 22nd 2:00 - 4:00 pm Cake Decorating Fun - Beach Scene Cake (Basic Skill Level)
We will teach you how to decorate your cake to look like a day at the beach. Using buttercream, fondant and assorted candy. Super Fun workshops for all.
During this workshop we will teach you how to make pretzel bits and a terrific honey mustard dipping sauce. Plus, enjoy assembling and making and decorating cake pops!
We will make a veggie nachos snack and enjoy decorating cupcakes to look like, a fire pit, hamburger, BBQ grill and a shark fin.
Learn how to work with fondant and buttercream to create some summertime cupcakes. Everyone goes home with 8 cupcakes.

Please let us know if you are interested in a summer workshop. We are in the process of creating a mailing list to keep everyone informed of our in-house re-opening. Our target date is the end of July and hopefully running our summer workshops until the first week in September.
Week One - 7/27 - 7/31 $295.00 per session for all five days
Week Two - 8/3 - 8/7 $295.00 per session for all five days
Week Three - 8/10 - 8/12 $180.00 per session for all three days
Week Four - 8/17 - 8/21 $295. 00 per session for all five days
Week Five - 8/24 - 8/26 $180.00 per session for all three days
Week Six 8/31 - 9/3 $240.00 per session for all four days
We will have only 10 students per classroom and we must have 10 to run a session.
AM Session Scheduled Drop off Time: 8:30 am to 9:15 am - Workshops begins at 9:30 am to 12:00 noon
PM Session Scheduled Drop off Time: 12:45 - 1:30 pm - Class begins at 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Drop off times are scheduled: All children's temperatures must be taken daily. Masks worn until they are seated at their table -
All tables are 6 feet apart, unless they are sharing a table with a sibling. More safety requirements will be issued upon registration.

We have designed workshops that are fun and easy, baking for recreational purposes but in a professional environment.
To confirm your reservation all payments must be received prior to the date of the workshop

Please make the check payable to The Baking Coach, Inc. All check payments must be received 7 days prior to the class date. Kindly include along with your check the date of the workshop, time and your name.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit towards a future workshop. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
