Registration:

We have designed workshops that are fun and easy, baking for recreational purposes but in a professional environment.  If you are interested in joining our classes, we do require a one-time registration fee of $15.00, in addition to our class fee for first time customers.
 
Scheduling yourself for a workshop is easy!
Simply fill out the registration form, please note the date you want to attend. 


All ages and abilities are welcome to attend!  Students under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Students that have Special abilities may attend any class with a support staff person.

Each person reguarless of age and ability attending the class must pay a $55.00 class fee,

plus the one time life time registration fee of $15.00.


**The 1:45 pm workshops are culinary programs specially enhanced for students that need more simple instructions.  These accommodations  include, larger print recipes, and more detailed directions, these classes are open to the public and all are welcome. They are great workshops adults that are beginner level or adults and young adults with special abilities.  Support Staff at these classes are welcome and no additional charge.


Payment Options:

Credit card payments are processed through our website or you can call/e-mail us for a PayPal direct pay that we can arrange for you. We accept all major credit cards with a 5% processing fee.


 Pay by Check:
Return the Registration form with a check for $15.00, plus class fee, made payable to The Baking Coach, Inc. All check payment must be received 10 days prior to the class date.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 24 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit for the workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, in order to receive a credit.

Cake Pops

Make and mold the cake pop batter, dip in chocolate and decorate them with homemade fondant and sprinkles.


11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Fondant Cake Decorating

Join us for a fondant workshop where you will learn how to make fondant and cover a cake!  You will also learn simple ornaments, flowers and borders.


1:45 - 3:15 p.m. (with acommidations)

Brownie Workshop**

Learn how to make two different types of Brownies, Apple and Classic Chocolate** This class is provides accommodations for beginners with and without special abilities, see below for details.

Learn the basics of making pie from scratch we will create a classic dutch apple pie to take home and bake.
