We offer Private and Small Group Workshops!

Virtual and In Person!!!!

 Registering is easy.  We offer workshops for all ages and abilities.  Simply review our skill levels and decide what skill level is right for you.  Then click on the subject of the workshop and it will bring you to our contact page.  Fill in the contact page with your information and one of our team members will get back to you with payment options for the workshop.   
Cost for our in-person workshop and virtual is $85.00 per person per session unless otherwise noted. 
Virtual Workshops comes with a DIY kit of dry ingredients and a Zoom Link.



We are located at 320 Broadway-Greenlawn Road, Huntington, NY 11743  

Just off of Jericho Turnpike! Private Freestanding Building with plenty of parking.



Basic Skill Level– This skill level is for individuals of all ages that can follow directions, mix and measure independently.   Children under 12 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied with an adult sharing the project.  We have a $35.00 Adult Sharing fee.

Supported Entry Level -
This skill level is for individuals  over the age of 15 that need assistance with step by step instruction. They require prompting to complete tasks and guidance following multi step directions.  Adult one on one assistance is allowed and may be required to help the student complete the workshop but not provided. This includes larger print recipes, and a relaxed environment.


Children/Young Adults Only Workshops - These workshops are for ages 6 to 14 years of age.   Participants must be able to follow directions and work independently.   Adult are not allowed to attend.


Private Workshops (for up to 2 people)
Learn food safety.  Create simple and yummy meals.   You can learn how to cook and bake without destroying your kitchen.
All of my recipes are easy to make.  We will provide you with a shopping list and then schedule a day and time to take your private workshop.  These workshops are available for all ages and all abilities.   First: 60 minutes cost:  $150.00.  Hours after that are $100.00 per hour.

Apple Turnovers - Make the pie dough and create 8 Apple Turnovers.  Finish the turnovers off with a sugar glaze and take home in a baker box.

Saturday October 30th Halloween Cupcake Decorating
Join us for some spooky fun, we will decorate cupcakes with fondant, buttercream, candy, pastry bags and tips.   Take home 8 cupcakes in a bakery box.

Saturday, November 13th Classic Apple Pie - Learn how to make a classic apple pie from Scratch!  We will peel fresh apples and make the dough using all fresh ingredients.

Saturday, November 20th Fondant Fall Leaves on a Cake
 - Create beautiful fondant fall leaves on a cake.   Decorate the cake with buttercream.  Learn how to use a leaf tip to pipe a boarder around the cake.   This is a double layer 7-inch round cake.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit towards a future workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
