We offer Private and Small Group Workshops!

Virtual and In Person!!!!

 Registering is easy.  We offer workshops for all ages and abilities.  Simply review our skill levels and decide what skill level is right for you.  Then click on the subject of the workshop and it will bring you to our contact page.  Fill in the contact page with your information and one of our team members will get back to you with payment options for the workshop.   

Cost for our in person workshop is $85.00 per person per session unless otherwise noted. 

On Selected Workshops you can Zoom in at in in-person workshop with a recipe for $39.95.

 We will provide you with a shop list and recipes and then tune in. 

Or Take check out our Virtual Tuesdays.  This comes with a DIY kit of dry ingredients and a live scheduled Zoom.


** Please note all Zoom Workshops will be recorded incase a student misses the workshop.   You do not have to be on camera, simply turn off your camera and microphone.   Or if you still want to ask questions and not be seen, position the camera to your workstation.***

Basic Skill Level– This skill level is for individuals of all ages that can follow directions, mix and measure independently.   Children under 12 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied with an adult sharing the project.  We have a $35.00 Adult Sharing fee.

Supported Entry Level -
This skill level is for individuals  over the age of 15 that need assistance with step by step instruction. They require prompting to complete tasks and guidance following multi step directions.  Adult one on one assistance is allowed and may be required to help the student complete the workshop but not provided. This includes larger print recipes, and a relaxed environment.


Children/Young Adults Only Workshops - These workshops are for ages 6 to 14 years of age.   Participants must be able to follow directions and work independently.   Adult are not allowed to attend.


Private Workshops (for up to 2 people)
Learn food safety.  Create simple and yummy meals.   You can learn how to cook and bake without destroying your kitchen.
All of my recipes are easy to make.  We will provide you with a shopping list and then schedule a day and time to take your private workshop.  These workshops are available for all ages and all abilities.   First: 60 minutes cost:  $150.00.  Hours after that are $100.00 per hour.

Black Bean Tacos

Learn how to make flour Tortillas and create black bean tacos.  We will make homemade salsa and take-home fixings for 8 tacos.  Everyone will go home with seasoned black beans, fresh salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese and lettuce.  Enjoy your tacos at home with friends or family.

Saturday, September 18th Apple Cake Pops and Apple Cookie Decorating - Learn how to make cake pops, decorate them to look like apples. While our cake pops are chilling we will cover apple shaped sugar cookies with red candy colored chocolate and garnish with pretzels sticks and fondant leaves.

Create a 7 inch round multi-layer vanilla cake from scratch and color each layer a different color.  Then cover the cake with buttercream and Halloween sprinkles.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit towards a future workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
