We offer Private and Small Group Workshops!

Virtual and In Person!!!!

 Registering is easy.  We offer workshops for all ages and abilities.  Simply review our skill levels and decide what skill level is right for you.  Then click on the subject of the workshop and it will bring you to our contact page.  Fill in the contact page with your information and one of our team members will get back to you with payment options for the workshop.   
Cost for our in-person or virtual workshops are $85.00 per person per session unless otherwise noted. 
Virtual Workshops comes with a DIY kit of dry ingredients and a Zoom Link.

Just off of Jericho Turnpike! Private Freestanding Building with plenty of parking.


Basic Skill Level– This skill level is for individuals of all ages that can follow directions, mix and measure independently.   Children under 12 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied with an adult sharing the project.  We have a $35.00 Adult Sharing fee.

Supported Entry Level -
This skill level is for individuals over the age of 15 that need assistance with step-by-step instruction. They require prompting to complete tasks and guidance following multi step directions.  Adult one on one assistance is allowed and may be required to help the student complete the workshop but not provided. This includes larger print recipes, and a relaxed environment.


Children/Young Adults Only Workshops - These workshops are for ages 7 to 14 years of age.   Participants must be able to follow directions and work independently.   Adult are not allowed to attend.


Private Workshops (for up to 2 people)
Learn food safety.  Create simple and yummy meals.   You can learn how to cook and bake without destroying your kitchen.
All of my recipes are easy to make.  We will provide you with a shopping list and then schedule a day and time to take your private workshop.  These workshops are available for all ages and all abilities.   Cost: $300.00 for a 2-hour workshop.

  Have more than 2 people no problem!  Addtional people are $100.00 per person.

Black and White Cookies

Make these cookies from scratch to enjoy with family and friends.  

Learn how to make vanilla and chocolate sugar glaze and frost your cookies. 

  Take home a dozen in a bakery box.

Wednesday 2/9/2022 –Valentine’s Day Cookie Sandwiches drizzled with Chocolate and

Conversation Heart Cookies. 

Cut and roll out cookie dough to create heart shaped sugar cookies.  

Fill with jam and drizzle in chocolate for the sandwich cookies. 

 Then make a sugar glaze and create conversation heart cookies.

Monday 2/14/2022 – Valentine’s Day Special Create Heart Shaped Pizza and Red Velvet Brownies –

First make the pizza dough from scratch, let it rise.  

Then we will make the red velvet brownies and create the cream cheese frosting.  

Take home your pizza oven ready.

Wednesday 2/16/2022 - Breakfast Pizza

Create a yummy breakfast pizza using homemade pizza dough and assorted breakfast toppings. 

  While we are waiting for our pizza dough to rise, we will scrabble eggs,

chop fresh veggies and cheese for our breakfast pizza.

 Wednesday 2/23/2022 Chocolate S’more Donuts –

Create cake donuts using a cake mix! Make a chocolate sugar glaze, and

then finish your donuts off with mini marshmallows and graham Cracker crumbs.

Thursday 2/24/2022 Kids Day Winter Break Special! 

Chidren Basic Sill Workshop - Ages 7 to 14

Two Session
Session One - 10:00 am to 12:30 pm Pizza Pockets & Winter Themed Cupcake Decorating –

First, we will create pizza pockets from scratch and Decorate 5 cupcakes into snowman face, snow globe and polar bears.

Session Two – 1:30 to 4:00 pm Dessert Pretzels and a Winter Themed Cake Decorating Workshop – First we will create the pretzel dough and stuff them with assorted fillings.   While the pretzels are baking, we will create a winter theme on a 7-inch single layer cake.

Saturday, January 22nd Winter Wonderland Cupcake Decorating Workshop –

Learn how to decorate cupcakes and transform them into different winter inspired creations.   

Make a polar bear, penguin, snowman face and much more.  

Decorate 8 cupcakes using fondant, candy, and buttercream frosting.

Saturday, 1/22/2022 Winter Wonderland Cake Decorating -

We will create a winter theme on a cake using fondant, buttercream and candy.

Saturday, January 29th Fondant Cake Decorating

Learn how to make fondant and cover a 7-inch single layer cake
Basic Skill Workshop 10:00 am – 12:00 noon

Saturday, January 29th Chicken Pot Pie and Cheddar Biscuits –

Learn how to make a classic 9-inch chicken pot pie oven ready and also take home some hot cheddar biscuits.

Saturday, 2/5/2022 – Homemade Shaped Ravioli and Bread Sticks – Create homemade pasta dough, fill with a classic ricotta cheese filling.   Cut pasta into heart shapes to make ravioli.  Keep your ravioli frozen for Valentine’s Day.   Also take home some freshly baked bread sticks!!!

Saturday, 2/26/2022 – All About the Pretzel – Make sweet and savory pretzel bites.  We will begin this workshop making pretzel dough and then create assorted fillings while the dough is rising.   Take home a box full of assorted flavors: Zesty Tomato, Smore, Cinnamon Sugar and chocolate.

All of my recipes are easy to make.  We will provide you with a shopping list and then schedule a day and time to take your private workshop.  These workshops are available for all ages and all abilities.  $150.00, per hour (2 hour minimum).   Need additional people no problem an additional cost of $100.00 per person for the 2 hour event.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit towards a future workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
