Choose Your Skill Level 

​Basic Skill Workshops: This skill level requires you to have knowledge of measuring, mixing and can follow multi step directions independently and without assistance, must be able to read and do simple math skills. All Ages Welcome

  Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  Adults can share the project with the child with a $25.00 sharing fee, or purchase the workshop for themselves. 

Life Skill Based Workshops - This skill level is for individuals over the age of 13 that need more step by step instruction.  This would include, larger print recipes, slower paced environment and guidance reading the recipe and mixing & measuring.

Saturday, 2/2/19 Pizza and Pretzel workshop 9:45am  to 11:30 am (Basic Skill Level)

Learn how to make pizza dough and pretzel dough from scratch. 

Take home a personal size pizza and a batch of pretzels ready to bake in the oven.  


Saturday, 2/2/19 Essentials of Baking Carrot Cake and Red Velvet Cupcakes and Cream Cheese Frosting 11:45 am to 1:30 pm (Basic Skill Level)

This workshop teaches you how to make carrot cake cupcakes and red velvet from scratch, take home a tub of freshly made cream cheese frosting to garnish. 

Saturday, 2/2/19 Cookie Workshop Black and White and Whoopie Pies 1:45pm - 3:30 pm (Life Skill Level)

Learn how to make black and white cookies and whoopie pies from scratch!  We will bake the cookies then fill with the whoopie pies with butter cream and garnish the black and whites with sugar glaze.

We have designed workshops that are fun and easy, baking for recreational purposes but in a professional environment. 

 
Scheduling yourself for a workshop is easy!
Simply fill out the registration form, please note the date you want to attend. 


Each Workshop is $65.00 per person, unless otherwise noted

Payment Options:

Credit card payments are processed through our website or you can call/e-mail us for a PayPal direct pay that we can arrange for you. We accept all major credit cards with a 5% processing fee.


 Pay by Check:
Return the Registration form with a check for $65.00 class fee, made payable to The Baking Coach, Inc. All check payment must be received 10 days prior to the class date.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit for the workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
