Choose Your Skill Level 

​Basic Skill Workshops: This skill level requires you to have knowledge of measuring, mixing and can follow multi step directions independently and without assistance, must be able to read and do simple math skills. All Ages Welcome

  Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  Adults can share the project with the child with a $25.00 sharing fee, or purchase the workshop for themselves. 

Life Skill Based Workshops - This skill level is for individuals over the age of 13 that need more step by step instruction.  This would include, larger print recipes, slower paced environment and guidance reading the recipe and mixing & measuring.  

June

​Saturday 6/8/19 9:30 am to 11:15 am Basic Cake Decorating One Basic Skill Level
Learn how to make buttercream, level, score, fill and frost a 7 inch round cake.  Garnish with a simple borders and take home in a bakery box. 

Saturday 6/8/19 11:30 am to 1:15 pm Cake Decorating Two -  Basic Skill Level
Learn how to decorate a frost a cake, create fondant flowers and

buttercream leaves and a shell boarder.  


Saturday 6/8/19 1:45 - 3:30 pm Summertime Cupcake Decorating - Life Skills Level

Learn how to decorate cupcake for summer!  Campfire, Beach Scene, Shark cupcakes and more.  Take home 8 in a bakery box!


July and August

We will add extra Saturday Workshops in July and August on Rainy Days! See below for our Summer Schedule!

Wonderful Wednesday Nights for the Summer (Life Skills Level)

6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Wednesday July 17 - Crepes - Sweet and Savory  - Learn how to make crepes from scratch first we will make a cheddar and then a sweet chocolate crepe.  Enjoy both during the workshop!

Wednesday July 31 - Apple Crisp and Homemade Ice Cream  -  Learn how to make a classic apple crisp and shake and make vanilla ice cream.  Enjoy a sample of the Ice cream and take home a warm apple crisp.

Wednesday August 7th -  Summer Dips Sweet and Savory !  Learn how to make Hummus, Salsa and Cream Cheese Fresh Fruit dip!

Wednesday August 14th - Stuffed Shells with a new Twist!  Boil pasta shells and fill the pasta shells with a classic cheese filling or an eggplant filling or chicken cutlet parmigiana filling.

 Learn classic sugar cookie dough how to cut shapes, plus use this dough to make and take 8 home yummy Linzer Tart Cookies in a bakery box

Saturday 7/13/19 11:45 am  - 1:30 pm Cookie Decorating - (Basic Skill Level)
Learn how to work with royal icing and fondant to create amazing sugar cookies - take home 8 large size cookies in a bakery box

Learn how to make a classic Lasagna and tomato sauce from scratch!

Saturday 9/14/19 Stuffed Bread & Garlic Knot workshop 3:30 - 5:00 pm (Basic Skill Level) 
Learn a classic stuffed bread filled with sun dried tomatoes or pepperoni & cheese! and learn traditional garlic knots!

Registration:

We have designed workshops that are fun and easy, baking for recreational purposes but in a professional environment. 

 
Scheduling yourself for a workshop is easy!

Each Workshop is $65.00 per person, unless otherwise noted and must be paid in advance.

Payment Options:

To confirm your reservation all payments must be received prior to the date of the workshop

Please make the check payable to The Baking Coach, Inc. All check payments must be received 7 days prior to the class date. Kindly include along with your check the date of the workshop, time and your name.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit for the workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
