​Saturday, 9/29/18 9:00 am - 11:00 am Basic Cake Decorating One
Learn how to make buttercream, level, score, fill and frost a 7 inch round cake.  Garnish with a simple borders and take home in a bakery box.  Basic skills required. Able to follow multi step directions and able to work independently. All ages welcome!


Saturday, 9/29/18 9:00 am - 11:00 am Bread Making Workshops

Learn how to make Crescent rolls, Italian Bread and Focaccia Bread - Take home some baked and others oven ready!  Basic Skills required measuring and mixing ingredients, must be able to follow multi step directions, and able to work independently.  All ages welcome

Learn how to make fondant, decorate and cover a cake with fondant.  Basic Skills required measuring and mixing ingredients, must be able to follow multi step directions, and able to work independently.  All ages welcome


Saturday, 9/29/18 - 11:30 - 1: 30  Classic Cheese Ravioli and Tomato Sauce

Learn how to make pasta dough, roll out shape and fill with cheese to create homemade ravioli.  We will also teach you a classic tomato sauce.  Go home with a box of ravioli ready for a pot of boiling water when you get home.  Basic Skills required measuring and mixing ingredients, must be able to follow multi step directions, and able to work independently.  All ages welcome


Saturday, 9/29/18 - 1:45 pm - 3:45 pm -  Crescent Rolls and Apps!!!

Learn how to make Crescent Rolls then use the rolls and make some terrific appetizers!  Life Skill Based Workshop - This skill level is for individuals over the age of 13 that need more step by step instruction.  This would include, larger print recipes, slower paced environment and guidance reading the recipe and mixing & measuring.

Saturday, 10/20/18 - 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Cookie and Brownie Basics - 

Learn to make a sugar cookie dough, roll and cut out shapes, decorate with a simple sugar glaze and create an amazing brownie recipe as well.  If you struggle with cutting out sugar cookies and want to expand your skills, this is the class for you. Basic Skills required measuring and mixing ingredients, must be able to follow multi step directions, and able to work independently.  All ages welcome

Create 8 cupcakes - using fondant, buttercream , pastry bags and tips!

create a fondant ghost, upside down witch, mummy, evil eyeball, bloody brain and much much more!  Skills required measuring and mixing ingredients, must be able to follow multi step directions, and able to work independently.  All ages welcome

Registration:

We have designed workshops that are fun and easy, baking for recreational purposes but in a professional environment. 

 
Scheduling yourself for a workshop is easy!
Simply fill out the registration form, please note the date you want to attend. 


All  Classes are open to the public, people of all ages are welcome to attend, unless otherwise noted on the workshop!  Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  Adults must share the project with the child with a $25.00 sharing fee.  If the child is over the age of 10 and is able to work independently then the Adult must remain on the premises in the lounge without any additional charge.

Workshops are $65.00 per each, unless otherwise noted.


Skills Levels:

Basic Workshops: This skill level requires you to have knowledge of measuring, mixing  and can follow multi step directions independently and without assistance, must be able to read and do simple math skills. 


Life Skill Based Workshops - This skill level is for individuals over the age of 13 that need more step by step instruction.  This would include, larger print recipes, slower paced environment and guidance reading the recipe and mixing & measuring.  


Payment Options:

Credit card payments are processed through our website or you can call/e-mail us for a PayPal direct pay that we can arrange for you. We accept all major credit cards with a 5% processing fee.

Return the Registration form with a check for $65.00 class fee, made payable to The Baking Coach, Inc. All check payment must be received 10 days prior to the class date.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 72 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit for the workshop.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thebakingcoach@optonline.net, or fax us 631 543 2470 in order to receive a credit.
