We have designed workshops that are fun and easy, baking for recreational purposes but in a professional environment.
Scheduling yourself for a workshop is easy!
Simply fill out the registration form, please note the date you want to attend.
All Classes are open to the public, people of all ages are welcome to attend, unless otherwise noted on the workshop! Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Workshops are $65.00 per each.
9:00 am and 11:30 workshops: These are basic workshops that require you to have knowledge of measuring, mixing and can follow multi step directions independently.
1:45 pm workshops are life skills based beginner culinary programs. These workshops include, larger print recipes, slower paced step by step directions.
Credit card payments are processed through our website or you can call/e-mail us for a PayPal direct pay that we can arrange for you. We accept all major credit cards with a 5% processing fee.

Return the Registration form with a check for $65.00 class fee, made payable to The Baking Coach, Inc. All check payment must be received 10 days prior to the class date.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to come to the workshop and notify us within 24 hours prior to the workshop we will then offer you a credit for the workshop. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to receive a credit.

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Learn how to make homemade buttercream, score, fill, level and frost a 7 inch round cake. We will teach you a simple boarder and take home your cake in a bakery box. Basic skills are required, knowledge of mixing and measuring ingredients and reading recipes able to follow directions.
11:30 - 1:30
Quick overview of decorating 1, learn boarders, flowers and leaves! Take home a 7 inch cake in a bakery box. We kick baking one up a bit. Need to know how to frost and fill a cake, prior to taking this workshop.

Make classic sugar and gingerbread cookies and decorate them with sugar glaze, fondant and royal icing , take home in a bakery box. Basic skills are required. need knowledge of mixing and measuring and reading recipes and follow directions.
11:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m.
Take home a fully assembled Gingerbread House. Basic skills are required.
1:45 pm - 3:45 pm **
Take home a fully assembled Gingerbread House - This class provides life skill based instructions for beginners over 15 years of age. More step by step directions and detailed instructions will be available during this workshop.
